I have served as Editor-in-Chief of the Marr's Field Journal since May 2021. In this position, I:
•Led bi-weekly critique-style meetings to evaluate art and literature submissions to the journal and provided training on rigorous but compassionate critique strategies.
• Developed new recruitment and submission advertisement strategies, approximately tripling the size of the staff and doubling the number of fine art and literature submissions.
• Emphasized diversity in key-areas such as recruitment, marketing, and submission discussion to ensure inclusive representation of the entire student body, both now and into the future
• Successfully returned MFJ to print production and hosting events to build creative community
